    Descobri há um tempo já que a perda de peso está relacionada a me pesar diariamente e a controlar minhas calorias e os macronutrientes e este App é excelente para fazer isso. Aprendi sobre ele lendo um artigo no The New York Times e sou extremamente grata a eles por terem feito a recomendação. Estou a poucos dias e poucos kg do meu objetivo e não vou me desanimar.
